Rok ispunjenja novčane obveze je 60 dana, a od 61. dana za zakašnjela plaćanja u odnosima s poduzetnicima primijenit će se ugovorna kamatna stopa u visini 3% godišnje. Navedeni akt mora biti potpisan od svih članova zajednice gospodarskih subjekata. Navedenim pravnim aktom se trebaju riješiti međusobni odnosi članova zajednice ponuditelja vezani uz izvršavanje ugovora o javnoj nabavi.
